We are an online company based in Teesside, England and we deliver our goods worldwide.
How secure are my personal details on your website?
Our website has an SSL Certificate, which means that it is safe and secure, so all personal data you enter on our website is fully protected.
Look for the 'padlock' icon which appears on every page of our website and the 's' in our website address (https://), which is a protocol for secure communication over the Internet.
How much will delivery cost?
Our delivery charges are weight-based so vary depending on the items in your cart. To find out how much your order will cost to post, simply add items to your cart, click on Shopping Cart and select Estimate Shipping and Taxes.

Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver to most countries worldwide. To check if we deliver to your country, you must complete checkout.
Can I track my order?
If you have selected a 'Signed For' or other trackable postal service on checkout, then you can track your order with the tracking number we email you with when your order has been dispatched. Orders sent by standard post and international orders sent by Airmail are not trackable.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Paypal and credit/debit cards for payment. We do not store your card details so your information is fully secure and protected.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order very quickly after receiving it. Orders placed BEFORE 12pm in the afternoon are usually posted the same day, otherwise orders are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times depends on the delivery service selected at checkout, for example orders sent via Royal Mail can take between 1-5 working days to arrive and Airmail orders typically take between 5-10 working days, or longer depending on the destination country. As estimated delivery time for each available shipping method is given at checkout and also on your order confirmation email.
We post your order as soon as possible, but the time it takes for your order to arrive is wholly dependent on the courier company, and can be delayed during public holidays or busy periods. So if your order has not arrived within the estimated time then please be patient.

Do you have any discount codes that I can use to get money off my order?

Where do I enter my discount code?
You can enter your discount code in two ways:
a) by clicking on Shopping Cart (if you are on a mobile device click the ‘cart’ icon), where you will be given the option to enter your code;
b) at Checkout when making payment for your order.
Why doesn’t my discount code work?
The most common reason your discount code might not work is that it has expired or that you are entering it incorrectly. Some of our discount codes have a minimum order spend and you may need to be logged into your account to use the code. Please read the terms and conditions given for the discount code. If you are still having problems, please contact us.
What if my item/s doesn’t fit? Do you accept returns?
We know that when buying clothing online it can be difficult to judge the sizes correctly, so we do our best to provide detailed sizing information on each item description.
We are happy to accept returns on all of our merchandise and will send out any item/s you would like in exchange for free for the first time. Our full Returns policy can be found here.
