We try our best to check all our our products for quality before they are dispatched. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us directly to discuss the issue or request a refund. The easiest way to contact us is to reply to any of the emails we sent you in regard to your order.
We accept returns on all of our merchandise within 10 days of purchase. We think this allows ample time to make sure your purchase is suitable. To request a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you full details on how to return your item.Requests for returns/exchanges received after 10 days of the date of dispatch of your order will be refused.
Returned merchandise must be received in perfect, resaleable condition and in the original packaging. Please try your garment on over clothing. Any returned items which are damaged, have visible signs of wear such as stains, fragrance smells, or that are received without the original clear packaging will NOT be accepted.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that returned garments are packed properly so that they are not damaged in transit. Damaged items due to poor packaging will not be refunded.
When we receive your returned goods and they have been checked, we will issue you a refund for the products minus the original postage costs. The postage charge is not a recoverable charge for us because it has already been paid when your order was dispatched, so we must deduct this from your refund.
If your order was sent through Free Delivery, we will deduct the original delivery cost from your refund; for most orders this is usually £3.20 but this is assessed on the individual order. When your order is processed through Free Delivery, we still pay the delivery charge to post your order to you, so we must recover this from any items that are subsequently returned.
Free Returns through Paypal
PayPal will refund the cost of returning items on orders paid for using PayPal (terms apply). To take advantage of this offer please follow the steps below:
1. Opt in for 'Return Shipping On Us' by logging into your PayPal account and activating the service at https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns.
2. Use PayPal as your payment method.
3. Return any items as normal, following the instructions above.
4. Log into your PayPal account, select the purchase you returned and click on 'Request return shipping refund'. Submit the return shipping request form, along with proof of your return within 30 days.
5. If your claim is approved, PayPal will send a refund of up to £15 to your PayPal account within 10 business days.

We are no longer able to offer exchanges for free. If you would like to order items in exchange, you must complete another order on the website.
Returned Items By Royal Mail
Any items returned to us from Royal Mail due to:
- incorrect address
- insufficient address
- missed delivery
- not collected
We feel that adhering to these returns terms helps us to keep our prices low and to provide a high quality service to customers.
