Your order will be sent using Royal Mail Second Class Signed, or orders over 2KG will be posted through MyHermes.
How Much Will My Order Cost to Post?
Postage costs are calculated at checkout and vary according to the weight of the item/s. A typical UK postage charge for 1 abaya is between £2.50 - £3.95.
International shipping costs vary depending on your location.
You can find out how much your items will cost to post by adding items to your basket and clicking on 'Shopping Cart,' where you will be given the option to estimate delivery costs.
We do not make a profit from postage costs, so if your order costs significantly less than you paid during checkout, then we will refund you the extra postage cost you paid.
How Soon After I Place My Order Will It Be Posted?
We have a very quick dispatch time and we generally post orders Monday-Friday. Orders received BEFORE 12pm Monday-Friday will be posted on the same day. Orders received AFTER 12 pm will be dispatched the next working day. We sometimes post orders on Saturdays too.
You will receive an email when your order has been posted, along with a tracking number, only if you selected a trackable delivery option at checkout.
What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as payment methods.
We now offer a selection of postal carriers for our international customer. Please note that some of these are methods such as Airmail are not trackable. However, they are cost-effective and reliable, and we will provide a proof of postage on request.
If you are placing a large order from overseas, please get in touch with us and we will check if there are cheaper delivery options available to your country.
Some International shipments may take longer to arrive than expected depending upon the customs regulations within the destination country and third party issues. We cannot be held responsible for any lengthy delays which may occur due to these factors which are out of our control. We are also not responsible for any import duties or taxes charged on overseas orders. This is a tax charged by your country on imported goods and is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any charges.
How Long will My Order Take to Arrive?
Delivery times depend on the postal method you select at checkout and a rough delivery estimate is given at checkout for your order, and also on your order invoice. When calculating your estimated delivery date, bear in mind that public holidays and weekends are NOT working days.
We have no control of the postal system; once your order has been posted, we cannot tell you exactly what day it will arrive on, although we provide an estimated length of delivery for each delivery option at checkout. Delivery times are wholly dependent on the courier and items can sometimes take longer than estimated, especially during holidays or peak times. There is no postal service on public holidays and weekends, so these are not counted as working days. Please take this into account when placing your order, especially if you need your garments for a particular occasion.
We do everything we can to ensure our orders are sent out correctly and quickly and we cannot assume responsibility for items lost in the post by Royal Mail. All orders are dispatched to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible or liable for orders delivered to the wrong address. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct information at the time of purchase, although we will contact the delivery company on behalf of the customer if an item has not been delivered within 6 weeksh for UK orders and up to 3 months for International orders, as long as the customer contacts us within this period. . Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses or if a customer contacts us outside of the Royal Mail compensation period (1 month for UK orders and 3 months for International orders).
Parcels Returned By Royal Mail
Any items returned to us from Royal Mail due to:
- incorrect address
- missed delivery
- not collected
will be cancelled and refunded back to the customer minus original postage costs AND an admin fee of £2. When making a purchase, please double check the address that you provide at checkout to make sure it is complete and correct, and that someone is available at the address you provide to receive the parcel. If a delivery notice is left, it you must collect the parcel in the time specified on the card, otherwise it is sent back to us. We will not re-post any items returned for these reasons and will deduct a fee of £2 to cover our expenses for such cases. This is to cover our costs to pack and post your order, and to subsequently to collect your undeliverable order from the Sorting Office.
