Returns Policy

We are dedicated to providing our customers with a quick and efficient service and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. We try our best to check all our our products for quality before they are dispatched. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us directly to discuss the issue or to request a return. The easiest way to contact us is to reply to any of the emails we sent you in regard to your order.

We accept returns on all of our merchandise within 10 days of purchase, including Sale items. We think this allows ample time to make sure your purchase is suitable.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returns procedures have not been followed.

To request a return, email us at or through our Contact Form with your 4-digit order number and we will send you details on how to return your item.

Please note all postage costs are incurred by the buyer, including return postage costs.

Returned merchandise must be received in perfect, resaleable condition and in the original packaging. Please try your garment on over clothing. Any returned items which are damaged, have visible signs of wear such as stains, fragrance smells, or that are received without the original clear packaging will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. We will hold the return until a postage fee of £3.50 is paid and then send the goods back to you.

The item is your responsibility until it is returned to us, and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to poor packaging. Damaged items due to poor packaging will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

When we receive your returned goods and they have been checked, we will issue you a refund for the products minus the original postage costs.

We aim to issue a refund for a return immediately – usually on the same day that the return is received. We do not think it is fair to hold onto customers’ funds once we have received a returned item.

If your order was sent through Free Delivery, we will deduct the original delivery cost from your refund. We will let you know what this cost will be when we authorise the return. When your order is sent through Free Delivery, we still pay the delivery charge to post your order to you, so we must recover this from any items that are subsequently returned.


We are no longer able to offer exchanges for free. If you would like to order items in exchange, you must complete another order on the website.

Items Returned by Royal Mail

Any items returned to us from Royal Mail due to:

  • incorrect address
  • insufficient address
  • missed delivery
  • not collected

will be cancelled and refunded back to the customer minus original postage costs AND an admin fee of £2. When making a purchase, please double check the address that you provide at checkout to make sure it is complete and correct, and that someone is available at the address you provide to receive the parcel. If a delivery notice is left, it you must collect the parcel in the time specified on the card, otherwise it is sent back to us. We will not re-post any items returned for these reasons and will deduct a fee of £2 to cover our expenses for such cases.

Lost parcels

We begin our missing parcels procedure if your order fails to arrive within 20 working days (UK) and 30 working days (International) of dispatch and of you notifying us. This is the earliest we can submit a claim to Royal Mail. We will then issue a refund if the parcel is deemed to be lost.

Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure. In this event, you will be contacted asked to provide an alternative delivery location for future orders.

It is Your responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered on the order. We will take no responsibility if an incorrect address has been entered and You do not receive the item. In this situation, we will do our best to You assist in recovering the item but in the situation the item is not recoverable, We will not be held responsible.

Important notes

We feel that adhering to these returns terms helps us to keep our prices low and to provide a high quality service to customers.

KhaleejiAbaya.Com is NOT responsible for wear and tear of items caused by customers purchasing the incorrect size.

We recommend that all of our garments are hand washed.
